Our mission is to ensure that every child in Houston has the opportunity to explore, learn, and excel in various fields through early education in arts, STEM, and academic enrichment. We believe in nurturing the diverse talents of our youth, fostering a love for learning, and providing equal access to educational resources. Through The WayMaker Annual Spring/Summer Campaign, we aim to secure solidify programming access and ability, empowering at risk youth to unlock their full potential and contribute to a brighter future for our community.

Campaign Goals: We will connect 15 at risk youth in Houston and the surrounding areas to coaching, enrichment, tutoring and unforgettable experiences.

Empowerment Through Education:

Collaborating with private educational institutions and extracurricular providers ensures seamless integration into existing programs. The WayMaker aligns with schools, clubs, and organizations to exponentially expand the reach of our impact.

We recognize that high-quality afterschool programming in all its forms of sports, arts, STEM, and more promote positive youth development and offer a safe space for youth to explore their potential. These programs play a crucial role in supporting youth engagement and providing opportunities for growth and learning. The WayMaker enables youth to learn and grow in these programs by offsetting the barriers and supporting local youth-serving organizations.

To promote diversity and inclusion by ensuring that at-risk, foster children, low-moderate income children will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of educational activities.
