Participant fee for the 2025 Winter/Spring session: $125
This figure is used for budgeting purposes and has been calculated with expenses in mind so our program can maintain a healthy financial state. Payments are used to finance concert attire, music and materials, choir retreat expenses, personnel, insurance, and facility rental.
Having said this, our organization has a strong commitment to ensure programming is accessible for all families. As a result, we would also like to offer Youth Chorale families the following options:
Pay it forward: When making a payment installment, any amount in addition to the $125 fee is eligible for a tax deductible donation
Pay as you are able: Make a payment amount that aligns with your budget ($75 requested minimum per singer)

Payments are due by the beginning of retreat day (Saturday, September 14). Payments are non-refundable.
