At Pen of Mercy (Qalam Ar-Rahmah, Inc.) we know that change starts with people like you. Every act of kindness, every dollar, and every moment of your time brings us closer to achieving our mission. Together, we can create a brighter, more compassionate world for all. We have ongoing projects where we give aid and help the poor especially moms with small children (mostly widows and orphans). 

These are some of our ongoing projects:

1. Provide aid on a monthly basis to poor widowed or single moms with small children.
2. Provide monthly food packages to extremely poor families with small children or elderly parents. 
3. Install water well systems in poor households that don't have easy access to clean water. 
4. Award scholarship to college students on a need basis. 
5. Pay healthcare bills for poor individuals on a need basis.
6. Construct and/or repair houses for poor widows and their children.
7. Distribute food packages to the poor and refugee families for the month of Ramadan.
8. Distribute winter clothes to poor men and youth in the cold mountainous areas of Pakistan.
9. Provide aid on a monthly basis to the Hazara Afghan refugee families in Pakistan. 
10. Provide aid to the refugee families in Tampa and to help them in getting resettled in the USA.
