Why Your Donation Matters Your donation supports vital programs for Native American and Alaska Native youth, veterans, and the broader community. Together, we can build a stronger future through education, employment, and technology. Native American and Alaska Native communities face significant challenges, from limited access to broadband, education and healthcare to high unemployment rates. Our mission is to empower these communities through skills training, leadership development, mentorship, and support programs that foster growth and resilience. By donating to our Building the Next Generation of Native American Leaders campaign, you are helping us support critical initiatives, including STEM and digital literacy programs for Native youth and IT job training programs for veterans while expanding our reach to serve the entire community. Every contribution helps create opportunities for education, career development, and leadership. Impact BreakdownYour donation will help us continue and expand programs that benefit the entire Native American and Alaska Native community, including:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Youth Digital Literacy and Coding Programs: We empower Native youth through mentorship and education, giving them the tools to succeed and lead their communities.  Our US Tribal Girls Who Game program serves over 100 Native American boys and girls on the San Carlos Apache and White Mountain Apache reservations in Arizona.  This digital literacy and coding program is the first in-person program of its kind on tribal lands in the US, and we seek to expand it every year. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Veteran Career Development: Native veterans face unique challenges when returning to civilian life. Your donation provides career guidance, skills training, and leadership development for these heroes. We support veterans through our Summit program, an IT skills training program designed to prepare our veterans for entry-level roles in the IT industry.  We also run the Entrepreneur Bootcamp for Native American Veterans, the first bootcamp designed support Native American and Alaska Native veterans as they start and grow their small businesses with the challenges that come with operating in tribal communities. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Community Support: With more funds, we plan to extend our programs to provide broader support for Native families, elders, and community initiatives, including supporting veterans with healthcare programs, reinforcing the cultural heritage and languages of our students, and involving all generations of Native Americans – youth, adults, and elders – in our programs to reinforce tribal identity and legacy.</li></ul>What We've Achieved So FarThanks to supporters like you, our programs have already: <ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Provided digital literacy training and mentorship to over 150 Native children through Girls Who Game, opening their eyes to technology and STEM careers as a path for future education and careers. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Identified and trained 16 Native American entrepreneurs through our partnership with the University of New Mexico, mentoring and training them to build businesses in tribal communities. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Hosted multiple one-day STEM events for over 100 Native American children, providing visibility and pathways to careers in STEM and technology.</li></ul>Every dollar helps us create more opportunities for Native youth, veterans, and communities.
