Today’s fundraising trends see as little as only 30% of funds raised going to the cause. In 2023, Peninsula Gives donated over 80% of all funds raised directly to the Oncology Research Department of the BC Children’s Hospital. We believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. We started this company – to help non-profits and charitable organizations achieve their fundraising goals and make a real difference in the world. This year, Peninsula Gives is Goin' Country For The Kids! With a fundraising goal of $400,000, we've recruited the help of Canadian Country Music stars Jojo Mason and James Barker Band to play alongside a fully-catered multi-course BBQ-style dinner, cocktails, and a live auction featuring prizes that money cannot buy. With your help, Peninsula Gives hopes to deliver a check to the BC Children's Hospital directly supporting their Digital Lab and the incredible innovations it supports. Donations made online go towards our fundraising goal of $400,000 and will be directed to the BC Children's Hospital Digital Lab. Donations made through this form are 100% tax deductible (a tax receipt will be provided).

BC Children’s Hospital Digital Lab Receives NO Government Funding The Digital Lab is an integrated unit of BC Children’s Hospital and the University of British Columbia. The ultimate aim of the Digital Lab at BC Children's Hospital is to improve the lives of patients and families through digital innovation and technology. Initially established in 2015, the unit has successfully evolved into a progressive and multi-disciplinary team of 20+ professionals with a shared passion for the potential that exists at the intersection of technology and health care. We partner across our community to address challenges where digital solutions have the potential to improve outcomes.
