MCRC's 6th Annual All 4 Her is in support of <a href="http://mcrc.on.ca/shecan" style="text-decoration-color:initial;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit" target="_blank">She Can!</a> programs. These programs are designed to empower and uplift girls in our community and aim to foster strength, leadership and resilience through hands on activities and thought-provoking discussions. We are fundraising so that we can expand our She Can! programs and reach more girls in our community. In 2024, 694 girls and gender-diverse youth participated in 66 programs. In 2025, our goal is to offer She Can! programming in all areas of Halton and reach 1000 participants. After participating in a She Can! program:  <ul><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">80% of Girls reported a significant increase in their sense of belonging and connection to their peers </li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">81% of Girls reported having a greater understanding of their moods and feelings and have developed coping strategies for regulating their moods and feelings </li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">82% of Girls reported having a better understanding of healthy development including healthy eating, and a healthy body image</li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">86% of Girls reported a significant increase in their knowledge, skills and ability to address challenges they face </li><li style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);box-sizing:inherit">94% of Girls said they would continue in sport after participating in She Can Play!</li></ul>
