The Laval Youth Center Foundation has been existing since 1996, helping children and young people in difficulty who receive services under the Youth Protection Act, as well as under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. We are independent of the Laval Youth Center and we receive no public funding. Our donations come entirely from corporations and individuals who have been touched by our mission.  At the Laval Youth Center Foundation, many engaging projects have been developed in collaboration with Laval Youth Center stakeholders. This collaboration is essential if we are to respond adequately to the needs of these children and young people. We have four main ones: I persevere and succeed in school, I succeed in my transition to adult and independent life, I'm designing my future and My backpack: my tools to get better.  You can make a donation to a project close to your heart, but you can also make a donation to the Foundation's general mission, which will also make a big difference in the lives of these young people. Our main objective is of course to help these children and young people, but we also want to go further and work on their self-esteem and self-confidence.  The Foundation believes in them, and this can have a big impact on the rest of their lives. Not only do we believe in these children and young people, but we want to tell them that there is hope, and that we're going to put in place the support and tools they need to achieve their dreams and have a better future! La Fondation du Centre jeunesse de Laval existe depuis 1996 et vient en aide aux enfants et aux jeunes en difficulté qui reçoivent des services en vertu de la loi sur la protection de la jeunesse, mais aussi en vertu de la loi du système de justice pénale pour les adolescents.Nous sommes un organisme indépendant du Centre jeunesse de Laval et ne recevons aucun financement de la part des fonds publics. Nos dons proviennent entièrement du corporatif et des particuliers qui ont été touchés par notre mission. À la Fondation du Centre jeunesse de Laval, plusieurs projets engageants ont été élaborés en collaboration avec les intervenants du Centre jeunesse.
