This donation will be used to fund Soul Food: a 12 week online healing group to support Black folks to reclaim their health. All funds will be used to pay BIPOC group facilitators and allow BIPOC to access this healing group for free. This means exploring how our bodies interact with this stuckness/injury, how our emotions flow through this stuckness/injury, and how we think about our stuckness/injuries, consciously and subconsciously. Su works from a humanistic approach, blended with cognitive behavioural therapy interventions and elements of solution focused brief therapy. While Su is cognisant of trauma informed practices, her lived experience as a racialized person also helps her connect and support other racialized people who are seeking support. Su works with clients who have had racial trauma, developmental trauma, complex trauma, acculturation, anxiety, depression, and other mental health barriers.  Additionally, Su has an interest in supporting clients who have a diagnosis of ADHD or think they may have ADHD.
