In June of 2023, Home Hospice Association started this pilot project with the goal of creating a program of personalized support that acknowledges that we all deserve dignity at end of life and to provide that dignity through compassionate care for those incarcerated / paroled and those who love and support them.  Your support of our XX team helps us to unravel, develop and mobilize compassionate care to all, including those facing end-of-life situations within the prison system or on parole, along with their loved ones.
