Hike for Hospice is back at Eco Park on Saturday, October 19th! Registration is $50 for adult participants and $30 for children. Once you have registered, we encourage you to share your personal or team page with your friends and family to help raise funds for Hospice! When forwarding along your fundraising page it is always important to share WHY you are Hiking and WHO you are Hiking for when asking for donations! <hr /> Hospice's vision is to create a community that honours people as they journey to life's end and to provide a haven where the palliative, the caregiver and the bereaved experience compassion, hope, and healing. Your gift allows us to continue offering our unique, wrap-around care not only to palliative individuals in the London-Middlesex community, but to their loved ones before, during, and after they've passed.
