About Karen Duff:
Karen is a veteran and long-time member of our cycling community and family. Karen's been riding bikes for 40 years and has loved every minute of it! Wow! She hopes it continues for another 40! Her passion for MTB endurance stage racing has taken her on adventures to The Epic Israel, BC Bike Race, Quebec Single Track and locally Crank the Shield (SSM).
She enjoys being in the forest with its feeling of freedom in nature with a nice adrenaline rush! She loves riding with her friends, learning new skills and enjoying a post ride bevy together.
Her riding interests in gravel & bike packing have expanded in the last few years. She's looking forward to a two-week epic bike packing adventure in BC this summer from Squamish to Kelowna.
You can find her shredding local trails in Waterdown, Dundas Valley & Hydro Cut on her favourite bikes, Specialized Epic and Cervelo Aspero.
Karen is also the Skratch Labs Rep / Brand Ambassador and will be helping to educate club members on the importance of "Fuelling for the Ride" (hydration, energy, recovery) this coming season.
