Round 1 at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday July 8
Round 2 at 04:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 8
Round 3 at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday July 9
Round 4 at 04:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 9
Round 5 at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday July 10
Round 6 at 04:00 p.m. on Thursday July 10
Round 7 at 10:00 a.m. on Friday July 11

Time format: 90 min + 30 sec/move increment

Rated: CFC Rated (all sections) and FIDE rated (U18, U16, U14 sections only)

An active CFC membership is required to play in this event.

Prizes:

Trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for each section
Each winner from the 12 sections are qualified to the World Cadet Chess Championships 2025, and the World Youth Chess Championships 2025

Cost:

$225 + GST before March 1, 2025
$250 + GST before April 1, 2025
$265 + GST before May 1, 2025
$275 + GST before June 1, 2025
$325 + GST before July 1, 2025
Note: Zeffy adds an option to tip them at the end of the transaction. You can enter "No contribution" if you want

Refunds:

20% administration fee for all refunds
Requests for a refund must be made no later than 20 days before the start date of the event
