Cave of Vendors

If you have treasures, crafts, and curiosities that you would like to sell as a vendor at our event, select the Cave of Vendors ticket and answer its questions to be added to our list of interested vendors. Someone will contact interested parties within a few weeks of submission in the order they were received.

Vendor rates will be $100 for a full table and $65 for a half table. Each table includes an event ticket for the primary vendor and the option to purchase two $15 Vendor Assistant tickets per table (half-tables may have one assistant).

Fan Organization Tables

If you belong to a local fan organization and would like a table to promote your group at our event, select the Fan Organization Inquiry ticket and answer its questions to be added to our list of interested fan organizations. Someone will contact interested groups within a few weeks of submission in the order they were received.

Fan tables are FREE and include two complimentary event tickets.

Programming

If you would like to be considered as a participant in any of our planned programming (panels, presentations, workshops, scheduled games, author readings, and others), select the Programming Inquiry ticket and answer its questions to be added to our list of interested participants. Someone will contact interested individuals within a few weeks of submission in the order they were received.

NOTE

As this is a fundraising event, we cannot offer every programming participant a complimentary ticket. Instead, programming participants who choose to come in, do their programming, and then leave without attending other event programming will not be charged, while those who wish to participate beyond their scheduled programming will earn a $5 discount on General Admission rates for every two hours (or portion) of programming, up to a minimum ticket price of $15. This discount does stack with our $5 discount for WCSFA members, but the minimum ticket price is always $15.
