Join NITEO Africa Society as we gather around the table for an evening of storytelling, community, and good food!

We are thrilled to welcome award winning children's book illustrator, Andrew Jackson Obol, to our event. Andrew will be sharing Ugandan folklore passed on to him by his Lango tribe elders. Born and raised in Uganda, Andrew's work captures culture and humour through the creative and powerful medium of illustration art. Andrew now lives in Edmonton with his family where he continues to create and we are honoured to have him join us for this event.

We will also be sharing the story of the exponential growth NITEO has experienced in the past 3 years and looking ahead to some of the exciting things to come in the next chapter of our story!

All profits and donations from Stories Around The Table will go to furthering global child literacy projects in Uganda.
