Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is designed to be accessible for anyone with a need for self-care and restful connection in community.
It is of special interest for people who want to feel better in their bodies and minds, folks with anxiety, stress, or burn out, contact improvisers, as well as for manual therapists, coaches, yoga teachers or others who want to learn tools for helping their clients.
Our intention is to create a welcoming space for all bodies - an anti-racist, queer-friendly, anti-ageist, body-positive space! No experience is needed to be able to attend, and any activity within a workshop, or a whole segment of the schedule, can be opted-out of with no problem. We actively promote listening to one’s boundaries and what one needs, so you can really make this retreat your own.
