After two years of an all digital festival, we’re excited to welcome you back to another year of F-O-R-M with our first ever hybrid festival! Our 7th annual festival will take place in live + digital formats from November 18—26, co-presented by SFU Woodward's Cultural Programs.  You can view the full festival schedule here.

All our passes are available on a sliding scale basis.

Choose your preferred way of engaging with the festival with our two passes:

1) ALL ACCESS PASS

Our All Access Pass gives you access to all things F-O-R-M; live screenings, workshops and ancillary events, and our digital library. Upon purchasing your ticket, an email form will be sent to you to RSVP for screenings and complete your pre-registration for workshops. Pre-registration for workshops is required as space is limited!

Passholders will receive daily emails containing any information you will need to access the day’s events.

2) DIGITAL SCREENINGS PASS

This pass is for anyone who cannot attend the live festival in person. Films from the Connected Collections and Commissioned Artists' World Premiers screenings will be available on our digital library following the public screenings and will be available to view until December 2nd.

All pass holders will receive the digital library link via email by November 11th. 

Accessibility

If you require ASL interpretation, please email chiara@f-o-r-m.ca by November 4th outlining which event(s) you’ll be attending to allow us enough time to secure an interpreter.

If you have an access need that is not being met by our current support accommodations, please email chiara@f-o-r-m.ca and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you do not have access to a credit card, we are able to accept payments by e-transfer. Payments via e-transfer can be sent to accounts@f-o-r-m.ca.

We will be accepting in-person card and cash payments at live events.
