Did you know the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act ("ONCA") came into force on October 19, 2021 and groups have until October 19, 2024 to complete it?

Generator has designed a program to work with small Ontario incorporated not-for-profits and charitable organizations to prepare for the change. This program does NOT INCLUDE LEGAL ADVICE. But it does include Generator’s (tried and true) group learning formats which will include lecture style information sharing, group discussions, peer learning, and time to work independently on the issues specific to your organization in a supportive environment. 

Facilitated by Kristina Lemieux, who loves reading government documents, this program will support your organization in working through the variety of steps of the Transition broken down into easy to understand bites. Each session will explain the portion of the transition we will be working and then provide an opportunity for your organization to work through it in their own breakout room.
