This group runs on Wednesdays, from September 13 to October 11, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. It will be offered virtually. Triple P Transitions is a program for divorced or separated parents. The course includes five sessions covering such topics as how to deal with the changing family dynamic, coping with emotions, managing conflict and how to create balance in work, life and play.
