Help us celebrate new releases and special bottlings for the 2024 season.

Join us for this apres-work tasting event in support of young chefs and sommeliers. It's a chance to dress up and enjoy some fine food and wine.

This is a people’s choice competition for bragging rights. We will also have our panel of esteemed judges rate the best of the best pairings.

This nonprofit event is hosted by the Okanagan chapter of La Chaine des Rotisseurs, which is the worlds oldest “foodie” group. We raise money to support Young Chefs & Sommeliers and their professional development including international travel and competitions.

Door Prizes, 50/50 Draw, and fun times.

Dress Code: Business Casual, or dress to impress.

Introducing Max Brayer.
Max will be representing British Columbia at the National Young Sommelier Competition in Calgary March 3rd.  If he wins, he will represent Canada at the international Young Sommelier competition in Lisbon Portugal.
Your attendance at Chaine sponsored events such as EN PREMIERE helps support young people like Max and our young Chef candidates.  We assist with their professional development costs and travel expenses.
More about Max:
Max Brayer grew his love of wine when he moved to the Okanagan from Edmonton in 2020. Working at Arrowleaf Cellars, he serves as a wine shop supervisor and tasting room host. He also leads sessions on blind tasting, vertical tasting and varietal specific tasting classes. Max has earned his qualifications for WSET Levels 1-3 as well as the Introductory Sommelier Exam through CMS. He is currently a WSET Diploma Candidate, hoping to achieve the designation this spring.
