Lansdowne Children's Centre Foundation hosts two annual events that require the partnership of many sponsors to successfully achieve our event fundraising goals:

• Lansdowne Charity Motorcycle Ride
• Heroes Walk and Roll

Proceeds raised by these events go on to support the resources and programs accessed by children and youth with special needs at Lansdowne Children's Centre. 

What is Lansdowne Children's Centre?

Lansdowne Children’s Centre provides child development resources, supports and services for infants, children, and youth facing communication, developmental and physical needs and/or challenges, and their families.

Lansdowne’s service region of Grand Erie includes Brantford, Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk counties, Six Nations of the Grand River, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.

Since 1974, Lansdowne has delivered family-centred care, rehabilitation, respite, and recreation programs. Many client journeys begin with a referral in their early years and continue to access Lansdowne resources up to their adult transition years (approx. 19 years old). As of March 2023, Lansdowne serves over 3,400 children and youth, and their families, with over 2,400 additional children awaiting service or assessment.

Lansdowne Children's Centre Foundation supports special needs programs and services accessed at Lansdowne Children's Centre in Brantford, Simcoe, Caledonia and Dunnville. With generous gifts from donors, sponsors and organizations, we are able to help children and youth and their families with access to:

• Specialty equipment
• Support workers
• Community-based programs
• Centre-run programs

What are your Sponsor Partner Benefits?

• Brand Recognition: Our events are attended by hundreds of people, and our pre-event messaging and advertising is seen by tens of thousdands!  Commit early and have your logo included in event media. Media channels include event signage, advertising, print materials and social media promotions.
  

• Partner Recognition:  In addition to your brand awareness we recognize the contributions of our sponsor partners in news releases, and in monthly newsletter annual report publications. We can include a cheque presentation photo, as well as mention the people responsible by name.

• Media Opportunities: Our top partners are invited to participate in development of media including photos and interviews by in-house staff and third-party partners. These videos will be promoted on our social channels, and can also be shared with your audience.
