Raffle Rules

• Date & Time of Draw:  August 4, 2022 Approximately 6:00 pm (At High River Farmers’ Market 4^th Avenue SW, High River)
• Proceeds go to:  Inclusion Foothills Association Family Support Programming
• Payment method(s):  Cash, Credit Card or Cheque made payable to Inclusion Foothills. No refunds.
• Lost or stolen tickets: must be reported immediately to the Inclusion Foothills office
• Age Restrictions:  Buyers must be 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 cannot claim the prize. 
• Ticket sales must take place within Alberta. 
• Tickets cannot be sold to staff or board members of Inclusion Foothills but can be purchased by their family members.
• Tickets MUST be filled out with purchaser’s Name, Address and Phone Number
• Sellers: May be youth with Adult Supervision with no other duties during selling of the tickets

 Draw Info/Procedures:

1. Winner does not need to be present to claim the prize – prize must be picked up at Inclusion Foothills office (123 – 4^th Ave SW, High River) no later than August 11, 2022 or the prize will be placed back into inventory to be sold / raffled at a future event
2. Tickets must be in a clear container with no corners to catch a ticket
3. Two (2) Board Members to be present at time of draw
4. Board member drawing the ticket is to look away 
5. Photo must be taken with a Board Member, the winner and the winning ticket
6. Confirm name and contact information on ticket with the winner
7. In the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the licensed charity shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the ticket, and that the licensed charity and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.
