Santropol Roulant officially and warmly invites you to this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 27th 2025 from 5:15pm to 8:45pm (event starts at 6:00pm). 

Every year, we host the AGM to elect our Board of Directors and to invite our community to look back at last year’s activities and see what’s to come. 

We can't wait to see you and celebrate all that we've been able to achieve together this past year and to collaborate on a shared vision for the years ahead!

Participation

Please select your type of RSVP to register your in-person or online presence, register to vote or request an accommodation, for those with particular accessibility needs. RSVPs are encouraged, but not mandatory. Registration will be available at the door, but space may be limited! 

Who is a Santropol Roulant member?

Anyone who has volunteered, received a meal, made a donation or has been an employee of Santropol Roulant within the last 12 months is considered a member. In addition, partner organisations offering mutual programming and financial partners are considered members and can have one voting representative. Non-members are more than welcome to the AGM but won’t have the right to vote.

Members will be able to vote for their 2024 board of directors in person only during the event.
