We’re thrilled to host our signature Winter SIPS event on Saturday, March 1st! This afternoon promises an exploration of the Okanagan’s take on Burgundy’s most iconic varietals: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We’re excited to feature a lineup of celebrated wineries showcasing some amazing expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay - all tell a different story! Some of our wineries have dug deep into their cellars and pulled out their top tier gems!

• Exceptional Wines: Taste a curated selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from leading Okanagan wineries. These varietals have become a hallmark of the region, reflecting the unique terroir and artistry of Okanagan winemakers.

• Delicious Food: Enjoy delicious food offerings to complement your tasting experience. While these are not formal pairings, the thoughtfully prepared dishes will perfectly enhance the event’s warm and intimate atmosphere.

• Intimate and Educational Setting: Held at the elegant Hotel Eldorado, this event offers a cozy, intimate environment where you can connect with winery representatives and learn about the craftsmanship behind these exquisite wines.

As a guest of Winter SIPS North, you’ll receive a dining credit for the Lakeside Dining Room to enhance your experience. This credit can be used the same day or within the following month, giving you the chance to enjoy a memorable meal at this iconic lakeside venue.
