The NLFC is thrilled to announce its first webinar: Co-ops 101! This virtual training session is an introduction to the co-operative model, designed for co-op employees, members, board members, and anyone curious about the co-operative model.

In this engaging webinar, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of co-ops, including their core values and principles, governance structures, and unique ownership model. This session also includes time for feedback and discussion.

Whether you’re considering starting a co-op, converting a business to a co-op, or simply looking to depend on your understanding, this session offers the knowledge and tools to navigate the co-operative landscape.
