We are finally ready to install fences and gates to protect our precious, most-valuable asset namely Beach Lots M&N.  We need to raise $50,000 to get the job done; the hardware, permits, and installation are $37k+ and we have to budget for communications to all property owners, repairs and maintenance. The fences and gates to be installed at the major access points to the beach will deter public trespassing, provide safety and quiet for us property owners and establish an extremely important legal precedent to protect us well into the future.
