On September 15th, 2004, at the age of 19, I had my first tangible encounter with God.  It was the day I finished reading the Bible from front to back, thirteen months after I started.  I read the last verses out loud three times, which included the words and prayer, 'Come Lord Jesus.'  A few hours later I experienced a miracle in my 1984 mustang, driving back to Atlanta from the University of West Georgia. Since then I have been growing in wisdom, knowledge, counsel, might, understanding, and the fear of the LORD.  The Spirit of God has allowed me to learn so many scriptures that have transformed my life, and the lives of others.  I have been thankful to receive a call from God to spread the Word of God using Soul Fitness Ministries curriculums.  Having written many books, and a few programs, I get the privilege of 'doing the work of an evangelist,' by helping others memorize, pray, and share the scriptures in the Holy Bible.    

Fifteen years later, I found out that in the Catholic Church, September 15th is the Feast Day our our Lady of Sorrows.  It reminds me of how the Lord wept for the people of Israel, and how Mary, too, weeps for the people of our day.  Do you participate in discipling those in your community?  Are you familiar with spiritual warfare?  Are you joined with a ministry that is helping prepare children to succeed in this world against the wickedness and snares of the enemy?

Hosea 4:6 says... "My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge... and... since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children."  Similarly, the prophet Isaiah reminds us that those who lack knowledge of God's Word, and God's commands, are in big trouble, saying (in Isaiah 5:13-14) "my people have gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge..." Soul Fitness Ministries is a wonderful way to gain knowledge, and memorize scripture, pray scripture, and share scripture.   

Your donations will help me drive for UBER less, and therefore help me have more time to be a catalyst to help people memorize scripture, heal souls who are entangled in the snares of the enemy, and train people in our communities to resist temptations using the Word of God, like Jesus did, and help others do the same.  

Soul Fitness Ministries two main courses are the World Revival Prayer Guide, and Soul Fitness 4 Kids.  One, the WRPG, is scripture memorization with exercises and songs, within a Bible Study type class, that guides people to use the scripture they are memorizing, in prayer, for different people... starting with themselves, and expounding outwards to their family, extended family, churches, schools, ministries, local businesses, and then to local political leaders, national political leaders, and finally world political leaders.  

Soul Fitness 4 Kids is a spiritualized P.E. program that varies in length and content, depending on age.  Soul Fitness 4 Children (ages 2-6) includes a half hour program in day care centers or churches, helping them participate in the Scriptural Exercise Program, and agility drills.  The Soul Fitness 4 Kids (ages 6-9), SF4Youth, and SF4Teens, include some, if not all of the following: warm up laps while learning about the geography and landscape of the Bible, vocabulary during the agility drills, sport skills, sport games, nutrition, non-sport games, more exercises, and etiquette.  

Finally, all of the books for Soul Fitness Ministries are also written to help people grow in wisdom, knowledge, understanding, etc... and to help them become the holy souls the Lord desires for them to become. 

Currently, as an UBER Driver, I am transitioning to full time fundraising, which will include a full time salary for myself, to lead this God gifted ministry that is changing the world, one day at a time, one person at a time, one school, church, or other location one day at a time, by continually sanctifying God's beloved bride... with patient love, prayerful declarations, and actions that are wise... while helping them memorize the Holy Bible.

A little about my background... 

In 2009, I graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Health, Physical Education and Sports Studies Degree. I left UWG having finished reading the whole Bible three times, and knowing I wanted to be an evangelist.  After teaching K-8th grade physical education for a couple years, I was led to go to seminary school.  This was the time that I was given the idea for Soul Fitness Ministries, late 2011.  For over a decade, I have been matching scripture with exercise movements, and developing curriculum that is used for children, and adults.  

Upon finishing my Masters of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary, I spent nearly three months in Israel helping various ministries such as SERVE Nazareth, Children Evangelical Fellowship (Nazareth, IS), Love Into Action (Bethlehem, PA), Abundant Hope International (Acco, IS), and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Bethlehem, PA and Poland).  Soon after I got back from Israel, I went to Brazil for three months helping at a mission complex, preparing and delivering nearly one hundred meals a day each weekday morning.  

In 2018, the Lord allowed me to become the first P.E. teacher for the Dunwoody Christian School in Dunwoody, GA and I continued to develop Soul Fitness 4 Kids.  The following summer on Memorial Day, I met the principal of the Cumberland Christian Academy on the side of the Chattahoochee River while eating lunch with neighbors and playing the harmonica. We talked, and he hired me shortly thereafter.  This is the school that the Kendrick Brothers parents started... think 'War Room,' 'Fire Proof,' 'Facing the Giants,' 'Overcomer.'  There, I taught History of the Church, Apologetics, World Religions, Weight Training, P.E., Health and Christian Relations for 7th through 12th graders from 2019-2021.  This is where I first lead the World Revival Prayer Guide Trial Course with seniors. 

After two years at the Cumberland Christian Academy, I wanted to go full-time with Soul Fitness Ministries, but God had other plans.  I ended up getting hired at Seton Home Study School in Front Royal Virginia, which is where my wife was raised.  While my wife and I met in Atlanta Georgia in 2019, we spent another year and a half in Front Royal, before getting married on April 15th, 2023, in Atlanta.  

In 2021, before I moved to Front Royal, I sent in the paperwork to get SFM as a non-profit.  That November it was approved.  In Front Royal, I started the Soul Fitness 4 Kids Courses, leading two different ten week classes.  After our honeymoon, Bernadette and I traveled around the Northeast, spreading the word about Soul Fitness Ministries, before God planted us in Virginia Beach, VA.  We now have an infant child Ambrose, who has joined us! In January 2024, I received the Trademark for Soul Fitness Ministries, and in June, I received the Solicitation Permit for Virginia.  A financial statement is available upon written request from the Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs.

Your donations go towards expanding Soul Fitness Ministries, which leads small groups of classes in the curriculum, which helps people memorize scripture, pray scripture, and share scripture.  Your donations will go towards paying those who lead Soul Fitness Ministries and their courses, advertising, website development, book editing and publishing.
