Art Reach of Mid Michigan is an arts organization, created in 1981, with the sole purpose of keeping the arts alive in our community. We offer a variety of art and cultural programs that touch the lives of thousands of people in our community. Art Reach was started in 1981 as a grassroots effort to keep the arts alive and accessible to everyone in the surrounding area. Each year we offer an abundance of programming for free. Donors and sponsors make this possible. We estimate that about 8,000-10,000 youth benefit from our free programming annually. Over 150 artists sell their work in our store, we give away more than $10,000 in prizes and scholarships to artists annually, and we allow students to take tuition-based art classes and camps.
