 Our approach involves empowering local pastors, church leaders, and Plan Escalon graduates with the tools and knowledge needed to uplift their communities. Through targeted training initiatives in areas such as business startup, finance, English, and computer literacy, we are equipping individuals with the skills to break the cycle of poverty and build sustainable futures. Meanwhile, we continue to support local schools with supplies and training to help prepare the younger generation.

Embracing the post-pandemic culture shift towards technology, we have repurposed church buildings into community training centers. These centers serve as hubs for education and resources, providing essential training to people of all ages and backgrounds. This includes a bible school that allows the church leaders and members to receive good bible training. 

Additionally, we continue to build homes for widows and single mothers, ensuring they have a safe and stable environment to thrive.  Likewise, we are training single mothers in business to become self-sustaining and therefore change the next generation’s mindset.
