~ To develop Christian leaders on an individual level. (Personal Growth)
~ To develop a community of empowered and supported leaders to impact their teams, programs, and campus for Christ. (Corporate Growth)
Specific Goals:
~ Support participants in a deeper understanding of their talents, personalities, and spiritual gifts to discern their roles and
impact on their upcoming teams this year.
~ Allow for practice on specific spiritual disciplines (Worship, Prayer, Bible Study, Quietness)
~ Offer guidance in developing a vision for the challenges faced by today’s leaders.
~ Provide opportunities for teamwork growth to deepen relationship connections with other leaders.
~ Deepen participant knowledge and understanding of a true authentic leadership community.
~ Provide an opportunity for participants to renew their passion for Jesus, the Church, and His calling on their lives now and for the future.
~ Begin to pursue a clearer vision of this group's impact on their teams now and for the ripple effect after they are gone.
