Holidays and Heroes is an annual program where local first responders get to take children shopping for gifts for their family, followed by a big event at the Greyhound Park that includes lunch, gift wrapping, crafts, a visit from Santa, and so much more! At the end of the event, children are taken home with gifts, souvenirs from their adventure and two full food boxes with a complete Christmas meal. Donations are what makes this event possible.
