We believe that STEAM is a conduit to maintaining mental health and wellness and a means to build agency and self-value in our aging community. We desire to build a community of learners, with a special focus on the health and wellness of our aging population of senior citizens. This donation will help a lot to achieve our mission. We'll be able to:<ol><li style="box-sizing:inherit">To build intergenerational programs—in-house and through collaborative partnerships—that encourage dialogue, opportunities for fun, laughter, conversation, and mutual respect and appreciation through STEAM learning and programs.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">To sponsor, host, and/or participate in events and activities that promote the STEAMwSenior’s mission, including intergenerational programs that bring the community and families together. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">To provide consultation services to partners and clients in developing programs that meet the mission, which may include program development, training, and workshops.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">To assist in procuring equipment and materials for nonprofit organizations working with senior citizens. </li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">To research and build lesson content for all to use!</li></ol>
