Highway Sanctuary is a 501c3 non-profit that provides grants to independent artists through our Artist In Residence program, and local teacher program which will facilitate FREE workshops to the local community as our way to give back and nourish the desert. These workshops will not only be art related but will also include trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and ceramics, these workshops will be led by locals who are professionals at their craft. Your donations will help us: - run our headquarters located in Flamingo Heights, CA, nested among Joshua Trees, a sanctuary curated to hold a safe space for artists of all mediums, races and sexual orientations.- add funds to our Artist in Residence Grant (housing/travel/materials/exhibit)- add funds to our Local Teacher Program (who will provide pop-up workshops free to locals)- buy materials, equipment and tools  Thank you for supporting Highway Sanctuary!
