The Lake Superior Warriors Ice Hockey program is a Minnesota-based non-profit organization that aims to educate, train, motivate and encourage individuals who have physical and/or mental disabilities incurred during military service to the United States, to participate in the sport of ice hockey in an environment that is adapted to the level of ability of the participating athlete. The program uses the game of hockey to build camaraderie and a sense of community, as well as a connection to the community that supports them.
Our roster is comprised of players that have participated and become respected at a national level, competing and winning regionally, nationally, and internationally. That said, the Lake Superior Warriors program aims to ensure that our disabled athletes are not fixated on the financial costs associated with playing the game that they love.
The entire Lake Superior Warriors program is entirely funded through generous donations from private donors, local businesses and non-profit groups, and charitable foundations.
From all of here at the Lake Superior Warriors, we thank you immensely for your charitable donation to our organization so that we can continue our mission healing our heroes.
