Stevens Square Community Organization is the official neighborhood organization representing the Stevens Square-Loring Heights neighborhood in Minneapolis, Minnesota since 1975. 

At SSCO, we are residents working to make sure our neighbors love where they live.

We do this by maintaining a wide range of engaging programming and opportunities: from the art festivals, to gardening, to community health and safety, to connecting with local officials - there's something for everyone.

Your donation allows us to continue activities to our neighbors in Stevens Square-Loring Heights, such as:

• Long-standing community-building events like Cinema & Civics, the Red Hot Art Festival, and annual fall and summer events in Stevens Square Park.

• An innovative Rental Discount program, encouraging the large numbers of renters in our neighborhood to get involved by providing a discount on rent up to $225 a month for volunteering and attending community meetings.

• Community meetings where we facilitate conversations with guest speakers, local initiatives and hands-on activities alongside neighbors.

• A Safety Team that engaged community members through neighborhood walks.

• Greening programs like our beautiful community gardens and our seasonal Farmer’s Market
