Although our signature "Gather Hear Tour" happens once a year, we work all year round to continue to provide free, meaningful, and accessible classical music experiences to places in America where opportunities to hear classical music is limited. 

Your money will be directly applied towards year-round costs associated with Gather Hear activities, including:

- Costs associated with touring (Artist fees, tour assistant fees, travel costs)

- Administrative hours (Tour planning and execution, marketing/social media, applying for grants, planning future tours/initiating new partnerships, commissions, and activities, general organizational administration)

- Documentation (Videographer fees, audio recording/editing, video editing, blog posts)

- General office expenses (Subscriptions, payroll, registration fees, supplies)
