We are Keystone Wildlife Coalition, a Montana-based nonprofit dedicated to wildlife conservation. Our mission is to promote environmental coexistence through advocacy, education, and protection initiatives.

At KWC, we concentrate on conserving keystone species in their natural habitats. This vital category of species faces increasing threats from human activities like poaching, habitat degradation, and harassment. Our mission is to create a future where wildlife can thrive undisturbed. Your support directly fuels our field operations, educational initiatives, and public awareness campaigns, making a real difference in the conservation of these essential ecosystems.

What We Do

• Education Programs
  • We offer engaging educational resources for classrooms and community groups to promote coexistence with wildlife. Our curriculum covers topics such as the role of keystone species in ecosystems, the importance of biodiversity, sustainable practices at home, and the critical need for healthy predator populations. To make learning interactive and accessible for all ages, we include hands-on activities that foster coexistence, scientific literacy, and community engagement.
• Public Awareness
  • Keystone Wildlife Coalition raises awareness about wildlife management and conservation issues through our website and email newsletter. Our content features updates on wildlife management news across the U.S., in-depth academic discussions, and thought-provoking opinion pieces.
• Field Work
  • We support conservation efforts by facilitating the safe and secure transportation of wildlife between sanctuaries and rehabilitation centers, aiding scientific research, genetic diversity programs, and other critical initiatives. Our primary focus, however, is our Anti-Poaching Habitat Supervision Program, which protects vulnerable populations by discouraging illegal hunting activities in compliance with local laws and authorities.
