At Hard Grinderz Kings Growing Kings Mentoring, Our mission is to empower and educate wounded inner-city at-risk youth (ages 13-18) in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas through a variety of mentoring programs. We employ dynamic mentoring techniques to enhance the life skills of undeserved youth to promote economic mobility and nurture workforce development within the community.

Since 2018, we have impacted the lives of over 745 youth, but there are still thousands more who need our support. Join us in addressing the urgent challenges of rising juvenile violence and low economic mobility in our communities. Together, we can create safer environments and brighter futures for our young people.

1. Donate: Support a Youth for Our Yearlong Comprehensive Program. Join us in empowering youth by sponsoring their participation in our yearlong program, which offers a wide range of development opportunities, including:
