Welcome to the fourth year of being apart of 706 Together! We want to thank everyone who has been a part of us in the past, and want to invite anyone who wants to be a part of us in the future. 706 Together is an official 501C3 non profit. Although we are a group of young adults, we are a group with big hearts and a lot of rich history in our 4 years. What started as a group of Athens friends coming together as a "reunion" during the holidays, has snowballed into a truly special organization. We are proud to have worked with so many great people and been able to have an impact on a lot of charities. Our history:          <ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">2019- $500+ raised towards ESP (Extra Special People)</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">2020- $19,000 raised towards ESP</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">2021- $30,000+ raised towards Mercy Health Center (mental health awareness) and Will to Live Foundation (suicide prevention) </li></ul> For 2022, 706 Together will be supporting causes close to many hearts: suicide prevention and addiction prevention. It is our hope that we can continue in contributing to fighting stigmas, opening dialogues, and providing support by raising money for two incredible charities: Nuci’s Space of Athens, GA and MARR Addiction Treatment Centers of Atlanta, GA. We understand that suicide and addiction are extremely serious and more common in today's world than ever. That is why we want to bring these charities to light to help out in every way we possibly can. Like every year, we want to make a big difference. So we will be hosting several events this year in support of these groups! We understand that not everyone has the opportunity to attend one of our events so if you would like to donate to help out towards our goal, we would be very appreciative.
