We are an abolitionist mutual aid collective based in so-called Des Moines, Iowa. We provide direct material support to our unhoused neighbors. This includes distributing food, water, camping supplies, heaters, and propane. We meet our neighbors where they live with no means testing or waiting lists. We have no paid staff. 

We rely on the progressive community of Des Moines alone to keep our survival programs afloat. We do not take government money or capitalist foundation grants and never will.

In order to make our programs sustainable - so that we can confidently tell the people we serve that we will be there for them - we need monthly donations. This form of donation allows us to budget more accurately and leaves us less vulnerable to social media algorithms. We encourage you to give what you can on a recurring basis.
