Did you know that according to the American Psychological Association, by adolescence, girls are twice as likely as boys to experience depression? This statistic underscores a critical need – equipping young girls with the tools to navigate life's emotional complexities and build resilience. Enter RAFFI Institute Inc., a beacon of empowerment for preteen girls (ages 10-13).

RAFFI goes beyond simply educating girls. We empower them. Through a comprehensive program encompassing emotional intelligence, mental fortitude, physical well-being, and financial literacy, we equip young girls (ages 10-13) to become strong, independent, and financially savvy individuals. Led by a team of passionate experts with over two decades of experience, RAFFI offers a unique three-tiered approach, delivered virtually, face-to-face, or through a hybrid model to meet the needs of every community.

The first tier focuses on equipping girls with essential tools and coping skills. We teach them how to develop emotional awareness, manage stress, and build healthy relationships. The second tier dives into the fundamentals of financial literacy, empowering them to understand budgeting, credit, and responsible money management. Finally, the third tier explores career options and salaries, igniting their passions and fostering a sense of purpose. 

This approach goes beyond textbooks. RAFFI utilizes innovative methods and engaging activities, making learning interactive and fun. We leverage the power of a co-authored book, specifically designed for preteen girls, to reinforce program concepts and provide a tangible resource for continued growth. We believe in the power of community, fostering an environment where girls can connect, share experiences, and build lasting friendships, all while shaping a brighter future for themselves.
