Our employment preparation program is a lifeline for many of our participants. 

Through this program, we provide:

     Specialized Training: Equipping participants with the skills and confidence to thrive in the workplace.

     Transportation Assistance: Ensuring they can attend training sessions, interviews, and job placements without barriers.

     Job Search Support: Guiding participants through resume building, interview preparation, and networking opportunities.

     Dedicated Staffing: Offering one-on-one mentorship and support from our experienced team.

Unfortunately, these critical resources are underfunded, limiting the number of individuals we can assist. For every participant we serve, there are many more who are eager for the chance to build a brighter future.
