We are ‘Kind Hands’ (aka 'Dobrie Ruki') - a charity foundation rescuing stray pets in Kyrgyzstan.

Unlike developed countries, Kyrgyzstan has NO pet shelters or sterilization programs. Packs of homeless dogs and cats flock the streets, often starving to death and getting run over by cars. Blooded, they are slowly dying on the side of the streets unless local people attempt to help them. We are one of a very few stray pet organizations in the whole country who help citizens rescue and take care of stray pets.

What we do:

* Rescue stray pets in the country and provide funds for their medical care;

* Arrange foster care and adoption for homeless pets, and look for owners of the lost ones;

* Promote and contribute to sterilization practices, the only humane way to reduce stray pet population;

* Conduct campaigns to collect voluntary donations;

* Attract volunteers and pet foster families.
