Did you know that behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women who have her back?  And it rings especially true in today's world where 80% of teenage girls find their image challenging because they no longer compare themselves to the girl next door but the girl across the world. 

Even at our age, We all need a mentor, a cheerleader, someone who believes in us when we might not believe in ourselves. Think back to Mr. Encourager or Ms. Inspiration who made you believe  you could make it. Their belief in you was crucial, And that's why it's so important for this generation to have that support too.
