Since Florida House on Capitol Hill opened its doors in October of 1973, we have been proud to be a “home away from home” for Floridians in our nation’s capital. Throughout the years we have welcomed Congressional leaders, students, visitors, and guests to learn more about Florida, build connections, and enjoy our warm hospitality with a glass of orange juice.

Your donation has a direct impact on the programs and operations of Florida House.We are a nonpartisan, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that does not accept any state or federal tax dollars. Each year, Floridians and their friends that want to connect, celebrate, and champion Florida support America's Only State Embassy in Washington, D.C. Your gift allows us to:

 - Introduce young people to a career path in public service when they serve as interns.

 - Tell students about the two branches of government visible from our windows - the Judicial and Legislative branches - through interactive civics lessons.
