100 Humanitarians International is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering families in Kenya through sustainable solutions in food, water, education, and health. Since its founding in 2015, the organization has worked tirelessly to support families living in extreme poverty, earning less than $1.90 a day. With a focus on mentorship and self-reliance, 100 Humanitarians implements impactful projects such as garden towers for food security, rainwater capture systems for clean water access, education sponsorships, and health initiatives. These efforts aim to break the cycle of poverty and create long-term opportunities for thriving communities.
School Fees
The inability to afford school fees and necessary supplies for their children can perpetuate a cycle of poverty for families struggling to make ends meet. Education is often considered a ladder out of poverty, but when financial barriers prevent children from accessing it, the consequences can be devastating.
The Benefits of Sponsoring a Student:
✔️Breaking the Poverty Cycle: Education equips children with knowledge and skills, opening doors to better job prospects and higher income levels. Without access to education, children are likely to remain in low-paying, unskilled jobs, which further perpetuates the cycle of poverty.
✔️Family and Community Impact: An educated child can positively impact their entire family by helping parents navigate complex issues, make informed decisions, and contribute to household income. This alleviates financial burdens and fosters overall family well-being.
✔️Personal Development and Civic Engagement: Lack of education limits a child's ability to reach their full potential, depriving them of essential life skills and critical thinking abilities. Education empowers children to become active, informed citizens who can drive positive change in their communities, enhancing societal progress.
Your donations will go towards providing school fees for students in a community living in extreme poverty in Kenya.
