Your support ensures we are to continue this valuable ministry.Your donation helps our patients get FREE care and receive-- Labs- Imaging: X-rays and Ultrasound (if necessary)- A visit with a licensed health care professional- Integrated mental health services with a licensed mental health counselor- Spanish/English translation as needed- Staff to supervise, support, and assist volunteers who are with the patient from beginning to end of their clinic visit. At Putnam Free Clinic, we seek to break down barriers to receiving quality primary care through a collaborative network of churches and medical providers who work together to provide free services to those most in need and least able to pay for services.
