The Sponsorship Benefits for the Alchemistry - Free Energy Workshop ("Event") taking place on May 6-8, 2025 in Boston shall consist of all of the following:

1. Charity shall list the Company as a Sponsor with respect to the Event that it conducts, and in all promotional materials or other public statements regarding such Event. 

2. Charity will recognize Company with appropriate signage at the Event, with the appearance and location of its signage to be determined by Charity in its sole discretion, after reasonable consultation with the Company. Company logos will be submitted as high-resolution static images via email upon the agreement execution.

3. For organizations that make contributions to Charity in support of the Event, such organizations shall receive the right to have the representatives participate in the Event per the table below:

         Level 2                         $1,500 - $2,999                         2

         Level 3                           $500 - $1,500                          1

4. For organizations that make contributions to Charity in excess of $7,500 in support of the Event, such organizations may receive additional benefits, such as providing a booth, associating Company's name with a social event, etc. subject to approval by the Executive Director.

This Schedule may be updated by mutual agreement of the parties from time to time.
