Donations to Inequity Agents Of Change help us continue our research, development, and dissemination of evidence-based approaches to reduce bias, create inclusion, and promote equity. Our work was previously supported by millions of dollars in federal grant money that will no longer be possible for us to obtain under the current administration. More than ever, people need real, practical solutions in the realm of bias and diversity (as is the focus of all our work), and they need to rediscovery the joy of diversity (as is the focus of Diverse Joy especially). Every little bit will help us keep our work going! 

Your donations will enable us to keep delivering our evidence-based bias habit-breaking training to organizations in every field, helping them in their efforts to combat bias. It also enables us to continue making free resources, including the Diverse Joy podcast and educational video series, and offer free trainings that are open to the public. Everything we do is built on scientifically tested, evidence-based models of change, and our research is ongoing. In order to continue our ongoing research projects testing and refining the bias habit-breaking training in a variety of contexts, we need funding to replace the millions of dollars in federal grants. With your help, we can continue using the science of cognitive-behavioral change to help people root out and overcome biases and inequities, both in their own behavior, and in the world around them!
