The Lancaster Archery Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expand, develop, and promote 3D and target archery to help people improve their confidence, discipline, and leadership skills through participation in competitive archery. 

The Foundation's Core Values are:  

Caring - We care about each member of the archery community, from volunteers, coaches, and support staff to beginner and recreational archers as well as the elite professional and Olympic archers representing our country.

Integrity - Each of us is responsible for upholding the highest standards of personal integrity in being truthful, honest, and forthright in every effort and interaction on behalf of the foundation and as a representative of the sport of archery.

Perseverance - Success is hard-earned through diligent and tireless efforts towards our goals on behalf of archers who share our love of competitive archery.

Faith - Our efforts and existence are based on faith, with the belief that sharing our blessings by growing and enhancing opportunities for archers to enjoy each other's fellowship is our duty.
