The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Lakeland is independent & financially autonomous. We have no diocese or umbrella organization to provide funding. During our Annual Pledge Drive, we ask our loving community to pledge a financial commitment for the next fiscal year. This allows our Board of Trustees to set a budget. Each year, we strive to not only cover the fixed costs that are beyond our control, but also to fairly compensate our very small staff and expand the resources we have to care for one another and our community.
